The Blade by Severne Sails

The 2013 model is a full X-ply wave sail designed to create the perfect blend between power and control.

Updates to increase the strength and reduce the weight include the elimination of all aesthetic mark cloth, less seams and reduced patching due to the introduction of SpiderFibre.

Increased manoeuvrability and reduced weight may tempt the most hardcore of S-1 riders to consider the BLADE as their 5 batten wave sail.

The Fly by Neil Pryde

THE FLY

DOWN THE LINE WAVE

With neutral feel and quick response, The Fly is at home in clean, hollow waves. The softness, in combination with low, forward oriented center of effort, will always keep you in control in the most critical section of the wave, even when exceeding your personal limits.

KEY
FEATURES

COMPACT / EXTRA LIGHT FEELINGThe improved twist together with the compact low center of effort makes this four batten sail light to handle and very stable in the upper end.
CONTROLLED POWER: The low and forward centre of effort locks the draft and provides consistent stability through strong gusts.
MANEUVERABILITY: With battens shifted low we reduced the weight in the top and brought a more progressive flex, making the sail neutral and forgiving.
CONSTRUCTION:ArmourWeb Dyneema® sail body combined with Forceline panels.

WHAT'S
NEW?

By shifting the batten position lower on the sail body we gained stability while allowing the head to breathe better. With twist and profile stability working in harmony, the sail becomes effortless to handle all the time. Now available in two constructions: HD or clear window.
